LotCheck (ABN 73 692 936 502) runs this site for the estate you are looking at. It shows you which homes fit which lots and passes your enquiry to that estate's sales team. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect while you look around

We record what you do here: which lots you open, which homes you choose and whether they fit, and which buttons you press. We also note where you came from, such as a link tag, a campaign name or the site that linked here. A random number kept in your browser ties these together. It does not tell us your name. We do not store your IP address with this activity, and we do not use advertising or retargeting pixels.

What happens when you enquire

When you send an enquiry or reserve a lot, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone and anything you write. When you send an enquiry, the estate's sales team also sees the lots and homes you looked at here, so they can help you without asking again. If you ask the estate assistant questions before enquiring, the team sees those too.

The estate sends you marketing only if you tick "Send me updates". The sales team may still contact you about your enquiry.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information.

How we use it

We use activity to help the sales team prioritise who to call back first and what to talk about. A person always decides what happens next. Nothing you do here changes the price or availability of a lot. We also use counts that identify no one to improve LotCheck and to show the estate which lots and homes buyers are interested in.

How long we keep it

We keep activity that is not linked to an enquiry for up to 13 months. We keep enquiries and the activity linked to them for as long as the estate needs them for your purchase and its records.
